New Subaru Legacy B4?
Those in Japan who didn't go for the excellent Subaru Legacy S402 may well be waiting for the next version of the Legacy. CarTop recently revealed a couple screenshots of what the new sedan might look like.

These two pictures tend to "prove" that there will be no revolution this time around. The front headlights are slightly different (Mazda?) while the rear remains very similar for what appears to be a good old face lift helping the Legacy through a couple more years in Subaru's line up.

More details in the coming weeks.

This ain't a face lift look at the door they have window frame's. The curren legacy is a pillard hardtop.

These pictures are "Speculation rendering"... we still have no ways to confirm anything at this stage

This "speculative" next-gen com-gens are very, very similar to the late model Mazda 6 MPS up front...

Subaru really needs a good designer ( not that their cars are'nt bad looking ), just someone who can relate and make a proper design progression on their cars.

When comparing to pics of the current model, this rendering has a thin frame around the window glass, but it proves nothing. If this is only another facelift, it's doubtful framed glass would be added.

Also, if it's true that the 2010 Legacy is another facelift, It means the major model change has been delayed about two years. Maybe Subaru has decided to react to escalating gas prices by canceling a planned bigger and heavier Legacy.

Doesn't bother me at all, as the current model (which I own) doesn't need fixing. I'd rather see it stay pretty much as it is now, rather than be uglyfied as the new Impreza was.
