Mazda sure has gone bonkers over all these cosmetic add-ons and ( pastel paint jobs for the Demios a.k.a. Mazda 2 outside Japan ) all thru-out their model line-up.
The overtly huge ( signature ) front brake ducts definitely suited some of the cars here ( silver Atenza looks nice ), but also makes some of them really uncool ( like in the Axela a.k.a Mazda 3 and MX-5 Miata Roadster ).
It also gets a bit too much with some of the cars having those side door turn signal light built into air ducts, the obvious blacked-out front air dam leading to side unto rear underskirts.
But I do like what they did with the ( black ) Atenza,CX-7 and Premacy

I am liking this look, they just need a serious engine to go with the serious looks.
