It is no secret that the japanese people have the love for cars and therefore a huge list of tuners is available throughout the country, some of them, famous enough, made it to the 2007 Tokyo Auto Salon to show their creations.
In fact, driving a japanese car in Japan is anything but original but hopefully some "tuners" have the recipe for making you look different. DamD is one of them and in this article I'll tell you about what they have to offer!
First car we noticed was the Nissan Skyline Coupe in its "Black Metal X" version, the same that we tested for you some months ago in 2006, the car is still equipped with the incredible bodykit which front bumper copies the style of Aston Martin...so British! Inside the quality of presentation and materials is very high and classy. And if you needed more to get noticed the forged 19 inches rims should help you out.
A couple feet away was presented another "Black Metal X" version but this time on a Subaru Legacy Wagon basis! The first thing you'll see is the amazing look of the front of the car, the bodykit keep teh gracious lines of the car but the front bumper makes it look just like an Audi A4/A6, especially the huge front grill, so Germanic! Once again the interior is wonderful, fitted with red leather seats, the quality can't be contested. To match this german look the 19 inches rims are just right, another excellent job by DamD!
Last but not least the customization of the automotive trend going on in Japan: the Kei-Cars! With its "Concept B" on the basis of the Mitusbishi I, DamD gives the car another dimension with a sweet full bodykit and 15 inches rims, just perfect for such a small car! Inside you might just forget in what car category you are as the 3 colors interior goes way beyond the top options the original manufacturer could provide.
One more time and, with a high quality of fabrication, DamD sets itself as one of the best japanese tuner on the market, especially if you want to look "different".
