Nissan GT-R GT500 : The GT500 Nissan GT-R at Suzuka

We're roughly ten days away from round one of the 2008 SuperGT Championship (March 16 @ Suzuka) and many teams moved to the Suzuka circuit to test their machines. They're there to perfect their set ups and get an overall idea of their level of performance.

Most eyes will follow the almighty Nissan GT-R in its debut season. It'll try bringing the trophy home after Honda's domination last year. Enjoy these pictures of the beast in its box during the morning session.

The French driver Benoit Tréluyer (No. 23 XANAVI NISMO GT-R) got the best lap time of the day with a 1.53.383. We can't wait to see more!
