Nismo R35 GTR : Nismo to Unveil New GTR Parts Later this Month

Kris from GTRblog.com recently grabbed an interesting piece of information regarding the Nissan GTR: apparently, the first set of Nismo parts for the almighty GTR will soon be presented, later this month.

Some of the parts are said to have been tested during the 24 hour Tokaichi race that Nismo entered with a GTR a couple weeks ago.

Nismo parts catalog will then feature those new goodies for the GTR, as always, some will focus on appearance (exterior with new carbon fiber aero parts or wheels... interior with steering wheel, seats...) while others will enhance performance (revised ECU, new cooling system, exhaust...). It's said to come out on August 20.

In the past, Nismo completely transformed Skyline GTRs such as the R33 with the Nismo 400R model and the R34 with the Nismo R34 GTR Z-Tune. We will probably have to wait a couple more years before the "new" GTR receives such a radical treatment and destroys, once again, most of the opposition.
