Lexus Introduces a Special Edition IS 250 in Australia
Lexus will launch a sports-inspired special edition of IS 250, dubbed IS 250 X. Based on IS 250 (Australia's Best Prestige vehicle), IS 250 X will be available in two signature colors - Arctic Blue and Vermilion, as well as Onyx Black, all matched to a black leather interior.

Only 450 examples of IS 250 X will be offered and will feature sports suspension, 14-speaker Mark Levinson stereo system, sunroof, satellite navigation, rear view camera with rear guide assist, Bluetoothâ„¢ handsfree telephone system, smooth leather seats, sports pedals, metallic scuff plates, unique five-spoke, 18-inch alloy wheels and "X" badging.

The special model will be available in automatic and manual versions and will retail at an RRP of $64,790* and 67,390* respectively - saving owners in the order of $10,000 over the IS 250 Sports model.

"IS 250 X represents excellent value for money for prestige vehicle buyers, offering additional features for a fraction of the cost," said Lexus Australia chief executive, John Roca.

"This is a once in a blue moon opportunity to secure a limited edition of Australia's best prestige car - Lexus' IS 250"

"Last year Lexus introduced a limited edition IS 250 model which sold out in six weeks - twice as fast as anticipated - and IS 250 X is expected to be just as popular"

I thought the same about the X, I believe it's AWD for BMW, not here.

I think it's a good looking car though.
