If you have never ever heard of the Mazda Spiano I wouldn't be surprised at all, but here is a good opportunity to learn something new after all !
I guess your eyes have already caught the various pictures of this funny little car and appreciated its style and nice design with "Mini-like" rims. The Spiano is categorized as a "mini passenger, commonly known as "kei-cars" in the land of the rising sun.
