For once it's not the Nismo GT-R that finished first, but Kondo Racing Team's (HIS ADVAN KONDO)! In heavy rain both human and technical skill proved again to be the perfect balance for success, and our two pilots Joao Paulo De Oliveira / Seiji Ara only needed 2:20'54.071 at Okayama Circuit to lead the first round!
Despite their age, two NSXs where behind our GT-R with 2nd place going the ROCKSTAR DOME NSX (Ryo Michigami / Takashi Kogure), and for 3rd place the ARTA NSX (Ralph Firman / Takuya Izawa).
For those wondering where last year's champion team (Satoshi Motoyama / Benoit Treluyer) were,let’s say that small accident lead them to 13th place.
